I used this reel with a twelve ft. shore fishing rod, twenty pound test 5oz. rigs. Perfect reel. Holds up well under heavy rigs and has a quick retrieval. Great value and a great addition to my tackle box.

You can use this product in the fresh water to catch a big fish like a carp or a catfish.

i ordered 1st one 3 weeks ago. once i got it, went out catfishing on the river. fell in love with it. it is a great reel for the price. i ordered another one last week that i received friday. i have them with the ugly stik catfish rod and 30lb offshore angler yellow mono (from bass pro)
i’ll be back for a couple more reels 🙂
i’m a amazon prime user and shipping is really fast. the 2nd reel i ordered last week thur, and got it friday. paid 3.99 for next day which is cheap and fast

Very nice real for the money. Great for drop/bottom fishing and light trolling. Really impressed for the money. Smooth real. Not best for casting. Not sure by how long it will last but for price can not go wrong. I will buy second one.
